9. Violation Report: In game play if any player something do about break of Fluky Victory rules then he/she will be kicked out from match and blocked from Fluky Victory Team.
10. Code of Conduct: Users of Fluky Victory agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any form of harassment, cheating, or unfair play will result in immediate disqualification and potential suspension or termination of the user's account.
11. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided on Fluky Victory, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and text, are the property of Fluky Victory and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
12. Limitation of Liability: Fluky Victory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fluky Victory makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. In no event shall Fluky Victory be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
13. Modification of Terms: Fluky Victory reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Opening Hours : FLUKY VICTORY is open to gaming activities during the hours determined by the Operator. The opening hours shall be announced in FLUKY VICTORY . The aforesaid also applies to the Operator's customer service and other office functions.
15. Rejected Match terms: After starting the match with the fixed time if any members are failed to join tournament match then this match will be rejected and their entry fee will be not refunded. This terms should be agreed with all members.
16. Withdrawal Terms : Only Wining Balance will be Withdrawal but others balance like Game balance, Reward balance will be not withdrawal. By chance any member already TopUp/Deposited fund but he/she faces some personal/Technical problem and he/she wanted the fund refund then this FUND will be not refunded. This terms should be agreed with all members.
17. Match Cancellation terms: When someone are already joined a match for play but ending our joining time if others player are not joined on this match then match will be cancelled by FLUKY VICTORY and all entry fee will be refunded on Joining Player. Also If FLUKY VICTORY want any match can be cancelled then it will be done but all players joining entry fee will be return into their Game balance.
18. Balance Transfer terms : Members can transfer anytime Wining Balance into Game balance BUT If someone by mistake this terms and he/she want it return into her Wining balance then its not possible to return. Players should be must join a match with game balance and win by our T&C and earn on Winning balance then she/he will be transfer the balance with Bkash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket.
19. TopUp & Redeem terms : Any time FLUKY VICTORY can be changes TopUp and Redeem terms as like they can charges any amount from TopUp/deposit and Redeem/withdrawal sector. When FLUKY VICTORY will be started the terms then all members will be agreed with the terms and its applied for all members.
20. Account banned terms : If any user commits any kind of fraud or cheating or violates any of our terms, his/her account will be permanently banned and any balance in the banned account will not be refundable.
21. Match result terms : After a user submits WIN proof in his joined match against, if his opponent user does not accept it, then the result authority of that match declares after verifying the proof of both parties. In this situation, both parties will be bound to accept the decision given by the authorities.
22. System generated match result terms :
a). If a player claims WIN in his joined match with a win proof screenshot, then a notification will go to his opponent player, it will say that his opponent player is claiming win, if his opponent player accepts it, then the system automatically The player claiming win will be declared the winner. This result cannot be changed in any way.
b). If a player claims WIN in his joined match with a screenshot of win proof, then a notification will go to his opponent player, saying that his opponent player is claiming win, if his opponent player has any response within the system generated time limit. If not, then the player who claimed the WIN will be declared the winner in an automatic process after a system generated time. Once the match result is declared, it cannot be changed in any way.
23. Game, Tournament and Match terms : You will be obliged to accept all the terms and conditions of the game, tournament and match displayed on the App while joining the match. The Authority reserves all rights to change, add, delete these terms and conditions at any time.
By using Fluky Victory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF USER ACCOUNT
a). FLUKY VICTORY reserves the right to immediately disable or terminate or cancel Your Account, terminate, cancel or suspend Your access to the Platform and/or Services at any time, with or without notice to You, in its sole and absolute discretion, in case of Your contravention or violation of these Terms and applicable Policies; or illegal acts or omissions; or misuse of the Services or Platform; or if FLUKY VICTORY is unable to continue providing the Services to You due to technical or legitimate business reasons. In the event, Your Account is disabled or deleted by FLUKY VICTORY due to a violation of the Terms, applicable Policies, and/or the Applicable Law FLUKY VICTORY reserves the tight to take action against You and any other remedies it may have under the Terms, Policies and Applicable Law.
b). You may opt to de-activate, cancel, or terminate Your Account and use of any Services by providing written notice of a request for Your Account’s deactivation by submitting a de-activation request form to FLUKY VICTORY in accordance with the Account de-activation process facilitated by FLUKY VICTORY on the Platform. Unless stated otherwise in the Terms, Your only remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with Our Platform, Services, Terms, and applicable Policies, or any process any policy or practice of Ours in operating the Services, or any content or information transmitted through the Platform shall be to cancel Your Account and to discontinue use of any and all parts of the Services.
c). You acknowledge and accept that upon termination of Your Account for any reason, Your agreement with Us shall be terminated, and You shall no longer be entitled to access or use any of the non-public portions of the Platform and Services, including purchased Services such as FLUKY VICTORY Diamonds. It is clarified that any Virtual Currency or Virtual Assets or unredeemed Prizes associated with Your Account shall also be canceled along with Your Account and shall stand forfeited from Your end upon termination for any reason. You agree and acknowledge that Your right to Services, any Prize redemption, and other benefits, or other items associated with the Account may be irrevocably lost and agree that You will release FLUKY VICTORY of any liability of any nature in respect to the loss of the same.
d). You acknowledge and accept that FLUKY VICTORY reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend Your Account to protect You and others from identity theft or other fraudulent or illegal activity under the Applicable Law.
e). You further acknowledge and accept that in the event of termination of these Terms in any manner or termination of Your access to the Platform and/or the Services, or deactivation or cancellation of Your Account and You shall remain liable for all activity conducted with or in connection with Your Account and for all amounts due/charges incurred by Your Account while it was in operation at all times. The obligations and liabilities incurred by You prior to the termination, shall survive the termination of Your Account and agreement with FLUKY VICTORY for all purposes.

In no event shall FLUKY VICTORY Entities, be held liable for damages, loss, or cause of action that exceeds the total value of the monetary amount (if any) paid by You to FLUKY VICTORY for access and use of the Platform and/or Services.
(B). You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FLUKY VICTORY Entities from and against any claim (including any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy), proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney's fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) Your access to or use of the Platform and Services; (ii) any breach by You of Your obligations, representations, and/or warranties outlined in these Terms, Policies such as Competition rules; (iii) Your violation of the rights of any third party, including any infringement of intellectual property, or of any privacy or consumer protection right; (iv) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (v) Your negligence or willful misconduct or any of Your actions and omissions including Your use or attempted use of the Platform and its Services, or failure to take appropriate action where relevant or Your participation and conduct in Competitions and while using the Services and Platform. It is clarified that Your obligation to indemnify FLUKY VICTORY Entities will survive termination of the Terms, Policies and Your Account for any reason, in the manner mentioned in these Terms.
(C). You hereby agree and acknowledge that FLUKY VICTORY shall not be responsible for any actions taken by any third party using the Platform including but not limited to, actions, omissions, or conduct of such third-parties (including Direct Business Partner, Indirect Business Partner and other Users), online or offline, including but not limited to in relation to any Content shared by other User(s).
(D). It is re-iterated that FLUKY VICTORY has no control over third-party platforms such as third-party websites and/or applications, including the third-party gaming platform where the Competitions take place. When You select third party games and engage in Competitions, You leave the Platform and the scope of FLUKY VICTORY's control. It is re-iterated that FLUKY VICTORY does not assume any responsibility or liability over third party platforms, their contents, services, material, and/or products advertised, offered, made available, or performed, which remain in the sole responsibility of the owner and/or operator of such third-party platforms. You understand and acknowledge that such third-party platforms may be subject to different set of third-party terms and conditions, other than these Terms.

Your use of any third-party platforms and use or consumption of any User Content or any material or content provided and/or posted on the Platform by third parties other than FLUKY VICTORY is entirely at Your own risk and consequences.
(F). FLUKY VICTORY is not a party to any transaction between You and the Direct Business Partner, Indirect Business Partner or any other third-party other than FLUKY VICTORY , and as such, any disputes, complaints or grievances regarding the products and services of such third-parties (including in relation to receipt of Prizes supplied by the mentioned entities) and/or any other aspect of any transaction or other commercial dealings between You and such third party, is solely and entirely between You and the relevant third-party.
